Most of this list's readers are probably too young to remember when Saddam was the good guy and we sent him lots and lots of money to fight against Iran. Now I guess they (I refuse to include myself in this) hate Iraq more than Iran so now ex-President Hussein is the bad guy.
I'm sure we'll be kind to him and keep him in an outdoor cage with no charges brought against him and no legal representation. Not like one of those less humanitarian countries.
