EEC Test connector

Where is this test connector on a 1990 LX 5.0?

It should be located behind the drivers side strut tower I believe. The black box connector and the little gray connector.

That is the spot. There should be a cover on it that says EEC test or something like that.

No. They are all either signal connections that are connected to ground to activate them or a test ground connection (Black/white wire) for testing purposes.

Jumpering the black/white & tan/lt greeen wire together should trigger the fuel pump relay and and make the fuel pump run if all the rest of the fuel pump circuit is OK.
