My 91 went right thru. Dont forsee any problems. Dont waste money on the idler though...just run a shorter belt and change the routing. Much cleaner looking. As long as you keep the belt on the correct side of the pulleys you cant mess it up.
I have removed everything on my 91 LX... A couple things to keep in mind:
1) You will either need MIL eliminators or a chip to keep the EGR codes for always tripping the check engine light.
2) You will need to weld the smog tube on your X/H pipe closed.
3) Agreed about the smog pump idler. Just get a shorter belt and re-route it.
My car passed smog by adjusting the timing down to 3* advance, running the tank low and putting in several cans of heat. That is without the cats BTW...
