My stock 60mm spacer is toast. It would not come off the manifold after 197,200+miles. Can I use the FRPP 65mm EGR spacer with my 60mm Throttlebody and will it have any adverse effects this way?

If it was me I would get the bigger TB as well..just my.02

A larger TB would be nice, but all I need is an EGR spacer. Can I use the 65mm one and not impact performance?

C'mon TB experts, replace EGR with larger 65mm one or just replace TB with same size EGR? Any one want to offer an opinion?

That will work just fine. There may be an increase in turbulence as the air flows out of the TB and into the spacer, but you probably will not notice a power difference due to that.

What size is the inlet to your manifold?

65mm tb can be found for around 150 dollars new and half that used. just upgrade and save a headache
