The problem is I can't get the 10mm ratchet to reach the screw; it won't go far enough down if you know what I mean. Also how do I get the screws out that hold the TPS onto the Throttle body because I’m also replacing my throttle body with a 75mm one?

For the EGR use a flexible ratcheting box end or a deep well socket.

For the screws on the TPS touch a blazing hot soldering iron tip to the center of the head of the screw and heat up the screw to release the red threadlock. Be sure and use a phillips head that fits the screw perfectly to avoid stripping it.

Both EGR and TPS fasteners are known to be very challenging. Good luck.

lol. thats why they make deep sockets. not the egr's problem

dont forget to put the gasket back on too. sometimes it will fall, or stick to the old plenum or whatever esle.. good luck an di hope u dont get idle issues
