I want to improve the terrible body roll the stock GT's came with and I am already planning to install the Eibach Pro springs. I also want to install front/rear swaybars and came across a set from Eibach here .

Are the sway bars any good? I am sure I can get better ones for more $$, but for the price range are these good?

Please let me know your personal experience and why you think these are good/bad.

Thanks!

I dont have any experience with Eibach, however, if you have the $$ get a good set of shocks and struts to complement the Eibach's. Check out the Reviews section for some ideas.

These bars are diameter 36mm Front, 24mm Rear. The Front bar is hollow. How does this compare to stock?

Toms_2003_Stang> It is a good idea, but I will have to wait a bit with that, since I am already investing in springs and sway bars .

GT-03> On the 2001 it is listed as 26.4mm front and 23mm rear. I don't think any of the sway bars on the stock are hollow, but I am no expert on it. There's some sway bar information here.

Any other input?

Get a stock replacement cobra swaybar, and bushings for the front bar. you don't have to change out the front bar.

tomustang> I didn't quite get the suggestion. You wrote I didn't have to change out the front sway bar, but suggested the Cobra sway bar for the front. Did you mean I didn't have to change out the rear; I would think it would stiffen it up even more doing so!?

From reading other posts it seems that you know what you are talking about, which makes me even more curious as to what setup you are suggesting and if you have any experience with the Eibach setup?

Is this the kind of sway bar you are recommending?
