Eibach Drag Spring Install

Hey guys whats the best way to install the eibach drag springs in the front. By droping the A-arm is doesn't seem to bee enough room and they are pretty hard to compress with some sort of ratchet strap. Will spring compressor do the trick?

Those springs are the biggest pain in the ass to install. I use 2 jacks (while the car was up on stands) on each a arm and jacked them up, installed the bolts, the mounted up the spindle.
