Eibach pro kit was installed about a week and a half ago, but something doesnt seem right to me. The front is sitting way too high for my tastes.. I was told they would settle... but i think it needs to settle another inch!!!!!!! Which i know i'm not going to get. Could the shop have screwed up the install to where its not sitting right?? If this is where its supposed to be, what are my options? Cut a coil? Take out the isolators? Get something else and spend even MORE money. BTW, thats a 265/35/18 tire. I need help......

Well, due to my impatience and the fact that the place i ordered it from takes a 60 day money back guarantee, i am returning them and getting H&R Supersports. All i'll have to pay is for shipping of the old springs. Cant wait to get them...

I got rid of my Eibachs new in box for H&R SS. Was a bad purchasing decision on my part, as I later learned.

Be paitent...I was just like you when I had mine put on....I was freaking out. Over time they will settle more and more....they'll look good. You'rs will settle even more cus of the weight of the convertible.

You'll like them

sigh.. too late! H&R Supersports are on their way, and i doubt that the settling process would give me another inch in the front, which is what i want.

i know you weren't happy with that drop & got the hr's, but i'd bet that they didn't have the pig tail lined up in the a-arm right. i had that happen to me once & after it got lined up all was good

It doesn't look bad to me.

Might I recommend a 1 in wheel spacer for the rear.

I have the Eibach Pro kit on my Mustang. It looks better than stock, but the ride is much more stiff.

If you ever get longtube's you will regret going that low. Im glad I didn't get anything lower than the FRPP C springs! I have about 3.75 inches of clearence between the ground and my headers.

How can i tell for future reference, if i take it to a shop for install this time, if they have the pig tail lined up right, so i can correct the mistake. You'd think if it wasnt lined up right that the spring would pop out, and why would not having that lined up correctly cause it to sit so high? any pix anywhere i can look at that will give me a visual?

You're right, the pic is kind of lame. I have been holding off to take some good quality pics until I get the shaker and grille eliminator on the car. I'll drive it somewhere with a nice backdrop and have my daughter take a few shots with the 35mm. I just took that pic to show the Chief how the Eibachs looked on my car.

GT-R,.. I got the badges from Dallas Mustang. It distinguishes mine from other GT's, (one of those things you do to make the car your own, plus a good conversation starter, and an opportunity to BS if I feel like it).
