you could do ford springs, h&r, tokico makes sytems. shocks an struts there are mach 1 tockico's, tokico hp's, kyb.
then you on lower control arms you could do, MM, pro 3i, etc
subframes should be full length welded there are tons of different variations.
bottom line is springs, shocks, struts, and swaybars alone will not handle all that great. It will help but my car was still very loose in the rear at this point. I bougth bilsteins, h&r, MM CC plates so I had pretty high dollar stuff at this point. Once I did the LCA and subframes it was a huge step up again in handling.
I would bet that before I did the subs and LCA someone with cheaper parts but with the rear end issues fixed would have drove right around me.
