Eibach Prokit Question

The Eibach Prokit offered in Partshopper (Here ) will it work on my 04' GT, even though its addressed for 79-02?

Or should I just go with the Sport springs for $10 less? Partshopper says they will also work on my car year (04'). Keep in mind I wont be doing C/C plates right away (probably like 2 months)...and the car will be garaged and worked on.

Any feedback, guys?

i think i'd stay away from those eibachs if i were you. only because eibach has a prokit with a different model number (3510.140) that says they work for 94-04 v8 coupe, and for some reason partshopper doesn't carry them.

I have those springs on my '03. Just an fyi, I needed c/c plates as well.

Got'em on my 03 as well and I like them. I did put C/C plates on because I wanted the alignment right and it is.

Yes it will work on your GT...I have an 02 and have had the Pro-Kit on my car for about year and a half.. I Love the look

Just keep in mind that you will need C/C plates in order to get a proper alignment. I had the springs with out the plates for about 6 months and started to get some bad tire wear becuase I could not be properly aligned..soon as I put them on I was good to go

Prokit is definitly a good way to go. I bought the matching shocks (pro dampners) and my next thing will be the matchin sways this way I have all matching suspension gear.

I wouldn't say that. Many people on this board, including me, did not require CC plates with the Pro-Kit.... It is true that they are nice to have, but "may" not be necessary.

03 GT with Pro-Kit, no C/C plates needed. Aligned no problem. I did install Maximum Motorsports polyurethane isolators with them though...mine might ride a little higher than those with no isolators. Here's a pic I just took since I'll be replacing the wheels soon and wanted a "before" pic.

I would recommend getting the correct model # for your year. Im sure PartShopper has the right one.

I have the Pro-Kit on my car and did not need CC plates, or an alignment.

I could probably use one now, just due to a couple of Potholes I have hit during the El Nino crapola in SoCal this winter
