Looks D A M N good, dude. Those rims don't look right at the stock height - they have to be on a lowered car... and I'd have to say that the H&R Supersport is the perfect height...(Sportlines look great too)

i paid 230 for my prokit springs and 0$ for installation!!! just install them yourself it isnt hard at all

I have the Pro Kit and I scrape speedbumps if I dont go really slow over them. Of course it depends on the size of the speed bump. I didnt get CC plates and the ride is nice. I like the looks of the Pro Kit. See my pics in my signature.

I went with the Pro-Kit, not because I think it looks better or the best. Sportline and Super Sport both look fantastic but for me I wanted to lose the stock ride height, yet still seem too appear factory.
I think the Pro-Kit is a perfect happy medium.

So it goes:
lowest- sportlines
middle- H&R
higest- prokit

Do you need CC plates and/or new shocks to go with the H&R's? I have the same rims as 03Sleeper, I also need to fill those HUGE wheel wells.

No with H&R's you won't need the c.c. Plates the Dealer was able to get the alinement back to spec. with out them...
As for the shocks Well I still have the Stock ones in and I'm going to leave them in for a while till They break the spings in and then I'll go to a 5 way adj. shock..
The thing is if your car is like mine with only 10k on it only the stock shocks are still brand new and it should be fine for another 10k but to answer your Question you don't HAVE to change them out the ride is FINE!!
you really won't be sorry if you Go with the H&R's I think it's just the right stance! and Any lower and I don't think iit would be a fun daily driver...

I'm installing my Sportline as soon as shock/strut/C/C plate arrive. this is making me bit worry tho. Do i have to replace my BBK back to my Original H-poo pipe?
I was going to take isorater out, but I guess I'm going to leave them in

Don't worry about it you will be fine. Just leave the isoraters in. You will love the drop......just take it easy on the bumps untill you know what you can clear and what you can't. I don't hit nothing in my car but I still got the stock h on..

With My H&R's My X-pipe hits so If your going lower then H&R and have a pipe that sticks down lower then the stock I would keep the pipe and go with a Higher spring ..
Just my .02

how often do you go over speedbumb's? 03sleeper does your car hit on just regular driving or just when you go over speedbumb's?

Speedbump YES often I don't go over them now!
As for dips in the road or objects Like ROAD KILL well I have to go around them!
H&R's are the Best Cus they are not too HIGH or Not too Low
But If you already bought them then I would just put the isolaters in and WATCH out of low clearance items!
I'm not trying to discourage you It's just I did a ton or research on them and H&R's were best for my driving needs and Chicagoland roads..
If you live somewhere where there's no pot holes or crap like around here then I'd say try them and see But don't do the alinement untill you have the right springs in!

my sportlines all already in they have been in for a year now no problems. So pretty much you will hit with both springs. So they both must be to low right. I just went with the sportlines didn't really think about hitting stuff when i got them but so far they have been good. I would just say watch out for speedbumps with both springs If you have a different mid-pipe. also you have long tubes you will probably have a problem

Ya I guess you summed it up..
I have H&R's and My Buddy has Sportlines and We both have the x-pipe..
His looks like it it's been threw hell and back ?
He's not as carful as I am But Still the same It will be fun to drive behind the both of ya at night!!
sparks are going to be flying!!

Thanx for the info 03Sleeper. Yeah I'm not quite at 10K yet so I guess I'll try to get all of the miles that I can out of the stock shocks. I'm assuming that you left the isolators in? Do the springs settle any after a while? By the way, that pic of your car sold me on the H&R's.

yeh the springs will settle down more after a week or two. Mine did.

No I didn't put the isolators in so you could and get maybe a 1/4" or more higher??
Please post pic's when you get them in and You will love them!
I just took a offramp on my way home at about 65Mph and it was GREAT! she sat down real nice!
I can't wait to get the shocks next!
H&R club we should start!

Yes I have been in contact with Eibach regarding the coilovers adjustable kit. There part number is 3510.710 and they should have the parts for them in a couple of weeks....

I have the sportlines with the isolators still in, and I have to be very careful going over speedbumps with my bbk hiflow hpipe. If I have a passenger forget it!!

Actually now that I think about it, I could not get on the dyno without have someone lift the front wheelwells.

To give you an idea, from the ground to my cats I can fit all five fingers (similar to how people measure the wheel gap).
