electric fan controller

was wondering what other methods are there to having a controller for your electric fan? i know DCC and the Haydings controller at pepboys.. i have one for that matter.. how do SN95s control there fan? any factory fords i could steal the controller unit off of?

My guess is it's all wired into the stock harness that it would be tough to retrofit in elsewhere... could be wrong tho, someone else will have something..

The 94-95's use the ECT, computer, EDF relay control and a CCRM (relays) to control the fan. It's complicated (mainly due to system safeguards with the EDF control). I ditched it for the DC Controller.

You'll be hard pressed to find anything that works better for the money. It's the best and it's (to me) expensive, but it's that good.

Another method is to use a relay(s) and a hard fan switch.

I had a SPAL fan controller, worked super and very cool with the buttons and lights and stuff but sadly it only worked for a couple of months... Still no word from their c-support...
