I myself am about to get started on upgrading to a e-fan and have seen some decent relay kits from Jegs and Summit racing that are pretty cheap and include a screw in thermal switch, just make sure the relay kit can handle the amp draw of whatever fan you are going to run.

I bought the whole fan with relays and wiring kit from texas mustang. 2800 cfm and what I really like about it is that it mounts to the stock shroud. After the install it looks like it came factory with an e-fan. http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb...~S2FM19L0MC98162122336d~Z5Z5Z5~Z5Z5Z50000081a
It was 105 here today and my car never got over 205. Works great.

To be quite honest, I'm not sure about a DCC but this kit came with everything I needed. Temp sensor, both temp and A/C relays and all the hardware. The only problem I had was installing the temp sensor in the aluminum water inlet. Very easy to overtap (tap included in kit) then the sensor tends to strip it when intstalling. I did this so I went with a cast iron inlet. Also use butt connectors instead of quick disconnects as the latter can't handle the heat and they melt.
130 amp alternator is a must. I continued to have a discharge problem in town so I did away with the underdrive pulley and went back stock. E-fan has a bigger power advantage than underdrives do anyway. This fan performs and looks great.

You live in Vegas if I read your location correctly. The OEMs (Ford, GM, etc) do desert testing just to be sure their components can handle 120*F days, etc.

If you want a proven kit, get a new or used OEM cooling fan (Mark VIII, etc) and a Delta controller (which includes all the wiring, connectors and so on) and you'll have an outstanding fan and fan control that cannot be matched.
There's no comparing on/off switching and relays versus a PWM controller. You might even save some money if you can score a fan for cheap.

FWIW, This is not a bash on that kit but rather just MHO.

Good luck.
