After changing the fuel lines, the fuel will no longer flow to the carb, from the tank?? All I did was remove all the old, cracked, spliced and mickey moused lines from the tank to the fuel filter and replaced them with a single 3/8" goodyear rubber line. There are NO kinks or anything like that. The fuel pump is new as is the tank (but worked before).

Now, after puting the new lines on and cranking the motor, it appears that no fuel is getting to the carb. I have a glass fuel filter and it's dry as a bone even after cranking for 2 minutes straight.

oes it now need to be re-primed or someting? How might one do this?????

Fuel Tank: new
Fuel Pump: Electric (in tank)
Fuel Line used: 3/8" rubber
Leaking Anywhere?: NO
Cranked Engine for: 2 minutes straight
Result: NO FUEL at fuel filter

Thanks in advance. wacko.gif

its either that, the pump, or you could very well have the filter reversed.....lol, that happend to my neighbor alfredo.....couldnt figure it out for days, until i went over and noticed he had bought a filter just like mine and he had the "out" end pointed towards the fuel pump (mechanical)....i swear to god that thing wouldnt stay running for long at all.....

p.s. not to be a a** but is there fuel in the tank?
