Electrical issues 2007 GT

New to me vehicle--2007 mustang GT V-8-- Went to start vehicle -dead battery-jump started vehicle- Went to move it and could not get out of park- no gauges working no radio no nothing - Battery is new- Have it Charging now- Is the security system preventing it from shifting because of low voltage Thanks
