Electrical problem....

Turn on headlights and the right turn signal light goes on now and dim, also the high beam horse light is on dim when it should be off, turn right signal on and headlights pulsate.
Headlights are dim now as well.
I'm thinking a short somewere when headlights are on
Any ideas were to start first?

turn signal switch.....
the one 'under' the steering wheel, in the column. It can be a, um....challenging? job.
