how hard is it to install?, should i let a body shop install them?

I've never installed them myself, but do you mean electronic door looks i.e. remote entry key fob or do you mean shaved door handles with electric solenoids and door "popers"?

If you're going with the shaved door handles remember that you'll never pass a tech inspection at the drag strip without door handles.
