If they have a sniffer you won't pass. If there's no sniffer and just visual.. you MIGHT pass.. but doubtful if you get somebody who's serous about keeping their job.

depends on what state your in.. some state now use a obd2 test and as long as you have no codes and the guy doing the tech is not a *******. then your all set.. if it goes on a dyno then no.. you will fail..

Plan on putting the stocker back on . Out in California, there's no way to pass with the off road pipe. I couldn't pass visual based on my plenum and C&L inlet tube. I had to find a "friendly" shop!

This gets me annoyed. Then you see some idiot in a beater riding down the road leaving a stinky cloud of blue smoke.

i don't believe they sniffed on my car, it's almost time to do it again.

i -heard- that they were trying to change the law and sniff OBDII cars too though. but i don't remember where i heard that

My car was not put on a dyno in IL. That was in January. As far as I know all that they did was plug into the computer.

they do not sniff in MD, they do however do visual checks and if it doesnt have the typical heat shields on the cats you will fail.
