2005 4.6 GT 5 speed that the Controal assemby Engine Air shut off valve is rattling Grinding violently any Ideas?
Ford parts man said in all his years have never seen this happen or replaced on?

I am guessing you mean the Idle Air Control (IAC). If the answer is yes (it would be the silver thing on the forward portion of the plenum and have a hose that goes to the air intake tube). I have seen IACs quit, grind, smoke.....and on and on. It is a common piece that goes out. I think I have replaced mine twice (in almost 100k miles) and had to clean it quite a few times. It just get gunked up, and a good spraying of brake or carb cleaner usually works really well.
Good luck with fixing it! It should be easy and done in 10 minutes or less.
