Wondering if some of you guys can help me out.

I searched a bit, found some info, but no pics or great ideas.

I am having my engine brackets powdercoated, and looking for a color. I am not interested in the polished look, and want a solid color. Obviously the car is Rio Red. I am planning on all polished pulleys, upper intake, and sooner than later a polished ATI. Just want a color to accent those mods.

Any info or pics would be great. Right now I have a gloss black in mind. Unless anyone knows a powder color that matches the factory paint well.

Thanks in advance all. Pics of car in the sig link.

I just had my intake powdercoated in Mercedes Silver, but the guy had a "black chrome" powdercoat that looked awesome. The closest thing I can compare it too is the Oakley black chrome frames.

Everything on my engine is either laser red, aluminum/polished, and GM charcoal metallic. Since rio red is a solid color, I would go with another solid black or dark gray color, like maybe gunmetal. Or that black chrome would probably look pretty sweet.
Here's my engine

Just go to yahoo local, type in your zip code, then type in powder coating. I am sure there is a place out close to you. There are about 30 places to go here. They usually don't advertise much.

Or you could ask a local autobody shop. I am sure they would know where to go......

Calipers and brakets in two colors - 100

Engine brakets, coil brackets, and smog delete - 95 bucks

Most places have a minimum charge of at least 75. May be different by you. You can always talk them down a bit. If you happen to want a color they are using on a current job, that helps too.
