Engine cutting out

My friend has a 2000 GT, its stock with 79K. Last week we put a Diablo predator programmer and changed the spark plugs. So now he's have a problem when driving in 3rd,4th, & 5th gear always when he's around 2K RPM's the car is cutting out? He can give it gas and its fine. Any ideas?

What parameters did you change when you played with the tune. It all depends on what you did as far as changes. More info needed. What type of plugs did you put in it?
