Engine Light/ 02 Sensor

Recently my car turned 98,000 miles and i changed out the belt and air filter since it needed it, pcv value was also changed, when I got into my car, the service light was on and at a half of a tank, I only made a few trips and by the end of the night when I got home from work, I was a quarter of a tank, I believe it is my sensors and if it is, I already have a place to take it, mustang specialities in pompano, my question where can I go to get a reasonable price on them and my stang (02 GT), I believe I have 2, one in the front and one in the back, need help quick please

Is your question only looking for where to take your car for service or are you trying to figure out how to fix it yourself?

Why do you believe it is a sensor problem?

Note, the rear O2 sensors do not affect drivibility. They are there only to monitor cat function. If replacing O2 sensors for a drivabilty concern, replace the fronts ones.

If you would like help diagnosing the problem, please post the complete DTC codes. Most any autoparts store will read the codes for free. Will need a complete explanation of all modifications as well as what has been done to resolve the issue.

Good luck.

You've got 4 O2 sensors - a pair in the front and another pair after the catalytic converters. However, you really need to get the codes pulled because the light could be for any number of things other than bad O2 sensors. Many parts stores can read them for you for free.

WMburns types faster than me :D
