My 94 GT starts to misfire once engine gets up to normal operating temp. No misfire when engine is cold (like morning start up after sitting all night),but once the engine gets warm, it starts to misfire. Pulled codes, and got codes 564 (electric drive fan circuit failure) and 314 (Thermactor air system inoperative-left). I have replaced spark plugs (plugs looked ok) and wires, dist. cap and rotor (needed to replacement- they were worn), ignition module, and cleaned MAF and TB. This has not solved the problem. Need help please. Thanks.

Are the emissions stuff removed? or were they partially removed where you have unplugged lines?

Thanks for the reply. I have an off road h-pipe, otherwise all other emissions equipment is in place. Car is stock with the exception of h-pipe and a K&N replacement filter. I will re-check hose connections on thermactor system as I did remove the hoses to make it easier to replace the spark plugs and wires. I will also be replacing the fuel filter tomorrow (I've had a new one sitting in my toolbox for about 6 months now, so it can't hurt).

Update: It turns out that I had a faulty fuel injector. Replaced all the injectors with rebuilt units, and it has solved the misfire problem. After replacing the injectors, I pulled codes again, and I am no longer getting code 314 (Thermactor air system inoperative left). My guess is that code 314 was somehow related to the bad injector, as the bad injector was also located on the same side of the engine (left). It's my theory anyway lol.

Thanks...Its not so bad. Ironically my mother teaches Hawaiian dance and has for over 25 years. Shes even participated in the Hawaiian international Hula Competition. "Napua O Polynesia" Is her group. Somehow i seem to never get offered free tickets to Hawaii.

Chris,
My mother used to dance Hawaiian hula and Tahitian in her younger days at the International Marketplace in Waikiki (she currently resides in NC). I checked out your Mom's Halau Hula website. Very cool! It is good to see the culture of Polynesia being taught and shared on the Mainland, and around the world. Kudos to your Mom.
