I am looking into porting and polishing my heads, and putting new cams in my car. I have a 2002 gt. I wanted to maybe purchase aftermarket heads but there arent many companys that ive seen that produce them for my car. I wanted trick flow but they dont make one. anyways what my question would be is what should i do to gain most horsepower. Example..... what type of cams, rocker arms, or valves....... If you have experience with this on my car or just know some good products i would appreciate your response

No one makes aftermarket heads for our cars. The ported stockers work just fine ;).Rockers arent available(at least cheap ones) and are not needed because the factory ones are roller any way.

Cams - im prefer comps .Ive have them and love them. But with a cam id recommend contacting the cam company and let them recommend a cam for your combo.

Get stage 2 PI heads and have someone make a cam for you. Basically tell them what you want out of your car. Meaning if you want to go N/A, turbo, blower, or nitrous. I think Patriot makes heads for the 4.6. Hell i can be wrong but i would just go with stage 2 PI heads because you know it will work and give you HP.

They are afs 17 x 9 (front) and 17 x 10.5 (rears).

One thing be prepared to like cleaning your car with white rims :nonono: .It stands out but you got to clean them every few days.

But i wouldnt trade them for anything(except my welds for the track ;))
