Engine Set Up Questions

I'm thinking of going for a 331 with dart block, also I was thinking of a 408 or 427 dart block as well....if i decide to go with the 427 what changes do i need to make so i can sit that block in my car (probably a dumb question)??and finally will a supercharger fit the same way it does on the 331???
