I am about to swap a pretty much stock 5.0 out of my 87 gt for a 5.0 that came out of a 93 GT. The new 93 5.0 has GT -40P heads. My car has a mac h pipe that was attached to the stock headers n the old motor. My question is will i need to get different headers for the new motor or will the stock ones mount right up to the gt 40p heads with no problems.
Also does anyone know how much a new rear main seal is for a 93 302 HO? Figure might as well change it while the motor is out.
