trying to locate the IAC valve on 2009 Mustang convertible V6 4.0L engine. I am not sure if it has one?? thks

Ok. Thks. So what do i need to clean if the engine stalls and dies; no check engine light and no codes?
From my internet reading everything was pointing to IAC??

Sometimes when the engine is first started after about 5-10 minutes. Other times at intersections. Car is not stalling down the road, etc. It just dies randomly

If you have access to a decent scan tool you can monitor STFT and LTFT and see if the engine is running lean. It may not be bad enough (yet) to set a code, but monitoring the STFT and LTFT will give you a idea of what is going on.
