I'm new here with Mustang II and 2009 Shelby GT500

Please excuse my English, unfortunately I'm not very fluent and rely on a translation program.
I'm from Germany, and I'm currently restoring a Mustang II 2.8 V6, which is being converted to a 5.0 HO, and I'm hoping to get some help here.
I also own a 2009 Shelby GT500 and a Jeep WJ. I'm very fond of US cars, even though sourcing spare parts in Germany is very expensive.

Yes, but hardly anyone in Germany has done an HO V8 swap. I only know one person, and I'm trying to get some information, but unfortunately it's very difficult.

Welcome to the group!! Nice looking II! I see no one's tagged him yet, so I guess I'll do the honors - @extra_stout has a 74 that he swapped from a 2.8 to a 302 and is in the general vicinity. Join us in the II section, I'm sure he'll be around at some point and can offer some advice if needed!

I've done two HO swaps already. One in my 66 Mustang i sold some years ago. And my MustangII came with a locked up V6, which I directly swapped to an HO and a T5.
Come to the MustangII section of this forum and we will help you out.
By the way: nice resto! I like the color.

Ich habe bereits zwei HO-Austausche durchgeführt. Einen in meinem 66er Mustang, den ich vor einigen Jahren verkauft habe. Und mein Mustang II hatte einen blockierten V6, den ich direkt gegen einen HO und einen T5 getauscht habe.
Kommen Sie in den MustangII-Bereich dieses Forums und wir helfen Ihnen weiter.
Übrigens: schönes Resto! Mir gefällt die Farbe.
