So my buddy and I just got done putting bbk equal length headers on my car today.... freak 8 hours. Took us forever and a day to get the passenger side one on cuz I wouldn’t line up with the bolt holes. And then when we were all done we couldn't get the hpipe collector to line up with the studs on that header. Did everything I could to get it on, except taking the header off (which will be done over my dead body). So my question is, didn't anyone else have this problem with them and how did you fix it?

about 4 months after the install I noticed that the high pressure AC line was rubing on that header tube and I went to bend it out of the way and noticed the hard way that the tube had warn into the AC line and as I bent it it poped a hole in the line and I lost all my R -12 refrigerant
mine must have been some good ones because they took me 1.5 hrs. to put in and fit like a charm. no problems whatsoever
