One question for the techies, my idle is a bit erratic. It likes to stick high, around 1,500 rpm. And sometimes it wants to drop to 500 rpm and stall out. Easy fix?

The quick and easy way to dump the codes is in there too, and all you need to do it is a paper clip! The first two posts contain all the fixes & updates. At last count there were 24 possible causes and fixes for surging idle/stall problems. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions.
I've ran into this and followed Jrichker sticky he sent me. In my case It was the throttle body needed cleaning. Since then Ive replaced the IAB and the TPS, they were the originals from 1990. Not saying to change them out but they are not expensive pieces and WTH might as well. Also check for vacuum leaks, those are annoying, simple fixs but finding them is the issue. Anyways, my stang is running well now, hope you solve your issue.
