right now i have a EVAC system set up on my car with the breathers having a line that runs out to bungs on the X pipe. now heres my question i am putting a new X pipe in and am wondering if the system is really worth it or should i just put regular breathers on it? my car has a 306 longrod with about 360-400 HP and runs great at higher RPMS does the EVAC make it better for higher rmps or no differance??? thanks in advance!!!!
heres a pic of what it looks like now on there

thanks for the compliment , i was told that it does something with creating a vaccume with the pistons or something and helps suck out all the blow by, im not too sure thats why i was asking to see if it was worth the xtra money to get the bungs rewelded onto my new X pipe

What is does is drasticly lower the air pressure in the crankcase. Therefore theres less air to be compressed with each piston stroke. Less pumping losses, and more available power.

Remember, for each piston stroke that compresses or moves gas in or out of a cylinder, there is an equal amount of air that has to be moved by the bottom of the same piston. The vac systems lower the pressure in the crankcase, and theres less stuff the engine has to waste power to move around.
