Well, I bought these 3.27's because I assumed since the tooth count was the same on the pinion, I could use the pinion from the 3.27's and my ring gear from my 3.55's and have a complete set... I didn't know the actual size of the pinion was different. Anyways, is it even worth the time to go from 2.73's to 3.27's or should I sell these off and get some 3.73's?

that's a complete and utter waste of the money you're gonna spend to have them install. pony up the cash for 3.73 or 4.11's

I won't spend any money. I'm a mechanic. All work is done here in the garage on my days off.
