Found this on a different forum.

The first pic the guy mated a Mustang and a Gremlin. Must say the work looks top notch but I don't think I'm a fan. I can appreciate the work though.
Second pic is a prototype from CAD mag back in 1966. Wonder if this car sits in someone's collection or if it met the crusher..

i have never seen one built from a 69. looks sort of like a vista cruiser, i kind of like it. i have seen the other one.
i built a 67 mustang rancharo about 10 years ago but i never took any pics

there was a company that would build mustang station wagons on a per order basis back in 1966. they actually built a few cars, but not enough to keep the company going.

I used to see the 65/6 ones that had been converted, and I recall an article on how to do it. This is the first 69 that I have seen.

like to see that 69 with shelby front and no rear side window /as a delivery

I Know the owner, He's from P.E.I. those pics were taken at Curtis Customs car show in Halifax last year.

I've seen the 65-66 and even 67-68 wagon, but never a 69. I like that its called a Husky Hauler.
