This LOSER selling these phantom wheels AKA..."Fred Jones"/ "Joe Smith"/ "Novia.com"/ "watchovia44@yahoo.com"/"watchovia81@yahoo.com" is a SCAM ARTIST. I have filled through paypal to get my money back. BE CAREFUL Everyone!!
