Depends on what your budget is. I suggest you check out this website: www.mustangexhaust.com. Register with them, takes a min. and then listen to the soundclips they got. It's a great site. Also if you wanna find the best prices, I suggest you pick up an issue of Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords or 5.0 Magazine, they got pages and pages of performance parts distributors.

I got an off-road h-pipe and 40 series Flowmasters. I just did it myself and used dumps instead of worrying about tail-pipes.

Cant beat the sound of Flowsmaster.

It depends on your preferance. If you want a muscle car sound go with a h-pipe, and flows or MAC. Flows are more conservative when compared to the MAC, as the MAC is louder and much more uncontrolled.

If you want a high revving sports car sound, go for a x-pipe and some straight through mufflers. Spintechs are unique, and will turn heads. You have to hear these mufflers in person they are not just unique, but put a chill down your spine.

To sum it up:

1.Musclecar/European sports car = H vs X pipe
2.Loud muscle = MAC flowpath
3."Quieter" muscle= 40 FLows
4.Loud straight through= Dynomax ultraflow
5.Quiet straight through= Borla
6.Unique sound= spintech
7.No drone/quiet idle= spintech
8.Insane loudness= glasspacks Watch out when you let off, they backfire like a 76 chevy woodgrain wagon!

Just my .02

The race bullets are nasty, and loud as well, what are the laws up in Canada, just wondering cause I know the police are no joke up there.

They dont bother me in NEW BRUNSWICK...a few of them love the car and compliment it all the time. They both have Mustangs. They dont seem to mind at all in my city. SAINT JOHN.

My old setup I had was stock shorties, 2.5" Offroad H-pipe, and Flowmaster cat-back with 2 chambers(American Thunder). Sounded badass and made my car sound alot faster than it was. But it's my daily driver and I do alot of commuting back and forth from school so I sold that setup and got the stock H with some unknown cat-back that was on the car when I bought it(turbo mufflers).
