exaust jimmy rigging?

I have no dobt in my ability to jimmy rig anything, I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this before

I currently have shorty headers and an o/r-H. the motor I am getting comes with full length headers and reducers on it. it came out of a fox mustang so I know the headers will fit. a tentative plan is to put the headers in and cut the old h and line it up. I forget if the headers have 02 sensor bungs in them so that might be an issue.

like I said, just wondering if anyone has ever sone this before

or if anyone wants to buy my shortys and h so I can afford a new h? but that would have to be soon cause I can't wait forever to get my car back on the road

The midpipe as the o2 sensor bungs near the header area. So if you cut the midpipe to fit you will be getting rid of a couple cats and the 02 sensor bungs. I would just wait and save up. The 02 sensor position's are pretty important and I wouldn't want to "jimmy" that part of the exhaust.

well, I have no cats, so thats already out. and with the 02's there heated so I figured I could just position them at or right near the collectors
