Hey all, im getting a bassani catback installed next week and have a question about the stock mufflers. There appears to be a heatshield attached to the old mufflers and the bassani catback does not have one. Can I leave the shield off without any problems?
Alright thanks, does anyone know how long it takes to install the mid-pipe and catback? The reason I ask is I am going to have it installed, (I dont have enough time to work on it myself) I know for me with jacks and ramps it looked like a 4-5 hr job. How fast can a shop do this?
If it is all bassani it shouldnt take more than 3 hours on the driveway, and 1.5 hours at a shop. It is really a simple install especially if you have done a few, and have a lift.
