Here's the deal.. under slight to full throttle while in gear, under load, I hear a pretty distinct noise coming from the motor. It sounds as though as its directly behind the radio/center console area. The noise is hard to describe.. it sounds as though its a soft grinding noise almost but not really. I only hear it when the car is under load, but like i said.. it will begin at slight throttle.

I'm making pretty decent power.. 320hp/360 tq to the wheels (dynojet). As far as boost.. i'm seeing between 5-7 pounds. Any help is appreciated!

Sounds just as you've stated in the title.

Header gaskets, open the hood, stick your head in there, and manually rev the engine, sound should be pretty clear.
