Yes, put a Y pipe coming off the headers or the mid pipe somewhere. You would have to custom make the side pipes. But it would look gay as hell to have side pipes AND tail pipes.

and If your going to do a cutout...dont waste your time. Unless your a turbo car, it MAY give 1HP LOL. BUT if you must do one, I suggest just angling the cutout at a 45* angle towards the side of the car and towards the ground. No need for pipes running out the side of the car.
