I was just wondering if any one new If a 2003 cobra full exhaust could fit an 2001 gt. BBK x-pipe(WITH CATS) into borla catback?

No. The GT has to go over the axle while the Cobra system doesn't.

The mid pipe will work but not the cat-back.

"They" say it won't because of the wider heads on the 4V but the difference at the exhaust manifold is about 1/2 to 3/4 per side and any mid-pipe i've ever seen has enough flex in it to work,without affecting the attachment point to the cat-back.

The mid-pipe should be able to fit (with some coaxing) but you'll have to upgrade to IRS for the cat-back to fit.
