My 94 mustang V6 is hesitating at 1500 rpm seems
like I have no power could this be a clog in the converters
in the H pipe or could it be something else?

Have you changed out the stock mid pipe for a H-pipe? If not, you got Y-pipe.

And yes, a clogged converter can drain power from the engine.

What have you done with your car? Any info about it would help out a lot.

it is the stock pipes but how do I know for sure
if that is what is causing the hesitation is there something i can do
to find out if that is the case?

You just look under the car and see if there is 2 exhaust pipes from the engine going into 1 pipe and out the back.

Is the car stock? How many miles? Stick or auto? Have your car gotten the headgaskets fixed (recall)? When did you change the sparkplugs last?

Basicly what have you done with the car? The more info you can give me, the better I can help you
