So some of the common names Im hearing when it comes to cams are the e303, b303, f303, trickflow stage 1, 2 and 3, steeda and more.. could somebody debunk all these cams for me, maybe give a few qualities of each one and what setup they are ideal for? Thanks alot
Cams shouldn't be selected by themselves. They need to be matched with the intake, heads, pistons, exhaust, rpm range, intended use and emissions standards if applicable.

it all depends on the combination. The cams you listed are a wide variety as far as specs go. The trick flow stage 3 cam is about the largest off the shelf cam you can by but unless you have the heads for is all those cams are completely worthless for your setup. To be perfectly honest, if you are running stock port/valve e7s stay with the stock bumpstick!
