couldn't find anything on the google, does anyone know what size drill bit and tap I would need to drill/tap the 2 missing holes on the explorer upper intake for the plague that sits on top? the stock Mustang ones uses 4 screws, but guess Ford wanted to same a couple penny's and only drilled 2 holes on the Explorer ones...

I bought the SVE Billet intake plaque that I want to mount a Pony and 5.0 emblem on, to give it a different look, and would rather use the 4 screws and not leave 2 un-filled screw holes on the plaque.

I believe they are 8-32 screws

That's a size 29 drill bit, but they sell 8-32 tap and drill sets

Amazon product ASIN B00004YOAWView: https://www.amazon.com/IRWIN-HANSON-Tap-Drill-80217/dp/B00004YOAW/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=8-32+tap&qid=1571147103&sr=8-4

You can cut the heads off two screws and glue them in place

ah, that's true too.. a little epoxy would take care of that... that would probably be the safest/easiest way...

Drill/tap was easy. Took me all of 5 mins to do. I think I bought the exact kit I linked above to do it. I bolted a HO plate to my intake
