I was at the track, and running high 13's (normal for my car). I decided to bump the timing to 14 degs and i ran high 14's or 15's. What gives? normally the car runs at 10 deg bas timing.

Some cars just don't respond as well to advanced timing as others. Try 12 and if it's still slower leave it at 10.

So you lost a second from your ET but you picked up 2 mph, dosent make any sense, more information would be helpful about the runs. and how does the car feel

Yes i put the spout back on. I know it doesnt make any sense. When i launched it would hook nicely, no sputtering or what not. Just really felt like a pig. The best i could get was 14.7sec. The 15 i mentioned was a missed shift (oops)

How did 60's compare?

Codes?

Put it back and see if you can get back to the 13's you had before. If not, the slow-down with the timing-change was coincidence and something else is wrong.
