I notice 3 weeks ago it making like huming sound, it's hard to explan. Now it's squeaking, and when the car is off and I manulaly turn the fan it squeaks. What's going on here?

the bushings inside the fan motor might be getting toast. You might want to change it out before you get stuck in traffic somewhere and end up overheating

Agreed. Additionally, you can cycle it during code retrieval - see if it spools up or just bogs down.

Good luck.

What were the results of bench testing the motor?

A new motor (Siemen's - A tier one company) is like 80 bucks at Autozone.

Good luck.
