I just had a feeling that something is wrong about my car. I went down there just now.. start the car and notice that the fan is not moving!!!!!!! Is there anyway to fix this?

The fan doesn't always run. It is temp controlled, but also runs when the A/C is turned on. Turn on your A/C and see if it starts....
If not, sounds stupid, but, make sure it is plugged in!!! (Our fine local Ford Service Dept left my wife's 01 disconnected and it quickly overheated when the A/C was turned on....Friggin idiots! - Ford, where quality is Job #1, err, maybe #2, but sometimes #3 or #4, except Fridays or after a holiday it drops to #5 or #6, etc, etc, etc)
Otherwise, I'd ck the fuse.

Well... I did searches in 5 different forums and found out that it will be turned on when a/c is on. And it is!

So, does the fan kicks in when the temp is high enough when a/c is not on? It's normal for it not to be turned on when a/c is off right?

Looks like I have a lot to learn.. but heck everybody's learning..

Yep, the fan only kicks on when it reaches a certain temp or when the A/C is running.
