Hi everyone, I'm pretty new here but I need some help.
So i recently just finished rebuilding a low mileage 05 mustang GT. the previous owner abandoned it. he was in the process of doing modifications before it was abandoned it, one of them being filling the rear quarter panel windows to make it look like the old fast back mustangs.
Now that I have rebuilt it, Ive gotten temp tags and went to get it inspected.
So heres the problem.
The guy who inspected it isn't sure if he can pass it considering that the rear quarter windows have been filled. I don't see any problem with this, many other cars come without rear quarter windows, the R8 for example.
Does anybody have any legal information to back this up? i cant seem to find anything about window modification like this.
