You make it sound like it's awesome to drive that fast. :Teh-Win:

But then again, considering the fact that you just used the word "gottan", I guess it's hard to expect anything more?

Speeding is not cool, especially when things go wrong while you're doing it.

I seem to remeber something about you getting into a high speed car chase with some guys who egged someones car.

In my book thats way more stupid and irresponsible then getting a speeding ticket on a highway.

The fastest we got during the entire thing was 90 MPH, on the FREEWAY, at 12:30 in the morning. No one was out. I even seem to remember mentioning in my thread that I would have never driven like that at all had there been anyone else out there. And IMO, there is a huge difference between catching up with someone who thinks it's funny to vandalize someone's car to make sure the police know about it and that it won't happen to someone else, and "testing" their friends BMW on the freeway. Not to mention the difference between 90 MPH at the highest point, and 133 MPH.

People drive faster than I did at midnight at 7:35 in the morning on the 405 cause they're 20 minutes late to work, in terrible traffic, and you wanna attack me cause I tried to make sure some innocent guy and his girl didn't get screwed over? lol, nice attempt though.

Only ticket ive gotten for speeding is 64 in a 45, i told the cop i was going about 65, she said she clocked me at 64 and if she wrote down 65 it would be another 180 bucks, but I was nice and honest, so she was nice. Missed a feiled trip though

Oh yea and it was like 7:00am and when ever I take out my wallet its to get my atm card, so I took out my wallet opened it and handed her my atm card without even realising what i was doing, she looks at me and said, "I dont need that" I was like "OH ****" haha made me look pretty bad but I think she understood.

The last time I got pulled over I gave the cop my registration and insurance for a bike that I had sold like 5 months before. He got about 2 feet away and turned around for the right info.

A few dumbasses in this post that shouldnt have licenses...

Only ticket ever, was 68 in a 65 (yeah you read that right). I passed a cop who was going between 60 and 65 and he pulled in behind me and pulled me over. Got a small ticket for not obeying posted limits, and it got dropped!

286 MPH LOL Yea right, bikes that are STUPID fast still cant get anywhere near that on top speed because their aerodynamics blow.

I've gotten a 70 in a 30 once, then got it lowered to 43 in a 30 w/o doing a thing. Went in front of the judge, paid my fine and went on. I'll never speed on that street again, though I knew before hand I shouldn't have.

The real question is whats the fastest ticket you ever got out of?

I got out of a 70 in a 40 because I went to court and the cop was a no show.

Got nailed with a buddy in his '92 Sunbird going 160 in an 80 one time. They were chasing us for about 20km and we didn't even know it. Lets just say that had their guns out when the approached the car. We were four, very scared 17-year-olds that night, let me tell ya.

Ummm... There is a difference between doing 75-80 and this...

i was doin about 130-140 in a 25

And the kid who started the post doing 130. Its one thing for someone to rag on someone else who has done 80 mph or so, as we have all (or most of us) been there a few times, but I have NEVER seen speeds near that. Its one thing to be a hypocrite, but when you havent done the thing your picking on someone for, then its not being a hypocrite.

Thats true, I got pulled over once at about 12am, going 75 on a 45, he had been following me for about 5 miles, I was really late for something important thats the only reason I was going fast and it was an open state road, no exuse but it wasent anywhere residential. It was like 40 degrees outside, and he said I would have 3 tickets if He gave them to me and my liscense would be suspended, he said, "its too cold to be writing tickets, watch your speed." I said, "thanks alot" and went on my way, I was relieved.
