Fell in love all over again

Today I let my friends mom take my car around the block for a short spin. As she was pulling the car out of the driveway she revved up the engine and punched it. I've never heard my car from the outside (I don't trust anybody to drive my car) and when she floored I fell in love all over again Just hearing my car gurgle and growl when it was started and driven down the street made oh so happy again

Just thought I'd share...I'm in a great mood right now haha

Falling in love

Similiar story. When I first put my CORSA's on, my first thought was, "Man, these things are not that much different than stock". My son came over, I asked him to get in and take off and run 'er through the gears while I stood on the side of the road. When he took off and nailed it in first, hit second and nailed it again, I said "Holy Crap!" CORSA's might be quiet at cruise, but they scream at WOT. My son is one of the few I trust driving my "Sally", so I never really got to hear her sound off like that.

about once a month I'll make my girl drive around town in my car and I'll follow her in her car. She thinks I'm retarded but I love watching and hearing my car on the road and watching people break thier necks looking at it.

I get complements form people on my black GT all the time about how nice it looks. then i take them for a spin and i will never get tired of looking at there faces as a glance at them form the corner of my eye when the reves go pass 5k.

These cars are the easiest to teach on. I taught a girl who had never even started a manual car and the first time she went to take off she took off perfectly fine. These cars seems to not like to die and they will jump a little and then just start rolling. Gotta love large amounts of torque
