you don't NEED a tune with a wet kit if your running a 100 shot w/ stock timing. I was running a 125 shot w/ 7 degrees base timing on before I got a tune, now I'm 150. Now, what's so much better about a plate system. It still has to go through all the runners like a regular nitrous kit does right?
The only reason i was thinking the 5116 kit was for 96-98 cars was because of the jegs site. I dont think the holley site is correct because on on eof the other kits for a 4.6 the instructions are for a 5.0. I wouldnt use a NX plate for a NOS dry kit, i think that would just be looking for trouble

Don't rule NX out.........there kit is top notch as well. Whatever kit you get should be ok. Be it ZEX, NOS, NX or DYNOTUNE.
The best part of a well put together N20 kit, is the intelligence level of the driver, and the quality of the install job.
But, I have had good success with my 5116 kit, and would easily recomend it to others. Although I have no experience with any other brand, and this is my first N20 kit.
Oh im sure they NX kit is nice and safe but i just like the idea of the NOS kit better, plus it seems like it gives you more for your money by including the window and fuel pressure switch.
